When you are unable to have access to a gym, what do you typically do? Do you wait until they open? Do you end up quitting for the season? Or do you end up working on other areas? If you said work on other areas, you have a pretty strong actions plan.

During COVID-19, I have been hearing so many people talking about not training anymore because they don’t see the point. These are people that aren’t injured too. How do you decide not to train just because the season might not happen? Don’t you want to be strong for the next season? In general? For life? Some athletes only see training for their sport. I see training as a lifestyle. I don’t even compete anymore but I can tell you right now I never stopped training. Yes, I might not be training specially for basketball anymore but when I play in a game, you know I still got some prep to my step.My advice, start training for life, basketball will always be a skill you will keep. You might be slightly rusty when you come back but you will pick it back up in no time.

SO, you are probably trying to figure out what certain things you can train during this pandemic? Let me give you a list of areas that I see worth improving on, pandemic or not pandemic.
