Stop talking about it, BE about it!

What are you gonna do about it?

Didn’t compete to your full potential because you were too nervous??
What are you gonna do about it?

Lost competitions because you weren’t big or strong enough??
What are you gonna do about it?

Conditioning was a factor??
What are you gonna do about it?

Lost to someone you ‘should” have beat??
What are you gonna do about it?

 

It’s not enough to talk about it and its certainly not enough to complain about it. You need to do something about it NOW! You are not a Loser if you came up short of your goal. You are a Loser if you Quit or if you don’t do something about the things that are holding you back.

 

Don’t be a prisoner of the past. Don’t be a prisoner of your weaknesses or faults. You simply need to do something about it. Find a way to Improve in the areas that held you back. Ask a coach, get a Nutritionist, train with a Strength Coach, go to a sports club, utilize YouTube and Google, spend time online learning ways to improve.

Now is the time!! What are you gonna do about it??
